Our Team

Sandy was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She has a good eye for decorating and design, which helps her guide our Customers when making changes that can transform the look of their homes. Her 20+ years of Customer Service experience shows, always going above and beyond for her Customers. Prior to joining Arch City Window, she worked in the insurance industry and it is this experience that benefits Customers through the claim process. A poor experience of her own in purchasing windows makes her passionate about educating customers and helping them avoid making similar mistakes. She wants her customers to make informed decisions that are best for them and their projects. Sandy has been happily married for 27 years to her husband Barry and they have two children, Will (24) and Emily (16).

Anna is a field representative with an extensive background of helping clients achieve their individual goals. She combines her love for people, passion for design, and her attention to detail into every project. With her attentive listening skills, she not only builds relationships with her clients, but also focuses and delivers solutions to their needs. Her light-hearted driven approach is to aim and deliver superior client satisfaction throughout the process of every improvement. She has been a proud St. Louis transplant since 2008. Her hobbies include cooking, interior design and decorating, architecture, exploring local restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
